Restaurant
Colinette’s restaurant, with its 80-guest capacity, is open year round, except in January. (from 17 décembre 2010 to 7 febrary 2011). However, the restaurant can be open during these two months for groups by special request.
The restaurant is exclusively non-smoking.
Our chef has been working in our restaurant for 30 years. All the dishes offered are prepared in house from scratch.
You can enjoy such house specialties as Terrine de pâté au Cognac [House Pate with Cognac], (an original recipe developed by our grand-mother!), Soupe de Poissons [Seafood Soup], Gratiné de Fruits de Mer [ Sea food au Gratin], Cagouilles farcies [Stuffed Snails], Mouclade Saintongeaise [Mussels in a Cream Sauce], Cassole de Sole [Baked Sole with thin-sliced Mushrooms, White Butter Sauce], Langoustines Flambées au Cognac [Prawns flambé with Cognac], Lapin au Pineau des Charentes [Rabbit with Pineau des Charentes], Lotte à la Bordelaise [Monkfish with Bordelaise Sauce]...
without forgetting the Plateau de Fruits de Mer [the Seafood Platter] (to order 24 hours ahead) Our homemade deserts are the perfect way to end your meal: Baked Alaska, Profiteroles with Chocolat sauce, House Cake or Tart...
The restaurant offers “à la carte” dishes as well as full-meal menus :

appetizer + main course or main course + dessert : 12,5 € appetizer + main course + dessert : 16,5 € - Menus Colinette : 24 € and Vallières : 28 €
- Menu Nemo for children : 8,5 €
For your stay, we have three different formulas: formula hotel, formula half board or formula full board. In either July or August, the formula hotel is not available.
- Formula hotel includes the room only; breakfast is optional. You can have it served in your room or enjoy the breakfast buffet in the breakfast room.
- Formula half board included the room, breakfast, and one of the other two meals. Price per person varies depending on the number of people occupying the room. If children sleep in the parents’ room, the price of half board varies depending on the age of the children.
- Formula full board includes the room, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The price of full board varies also according to the number of people per room and the age of the children.
Drinks are not included in half board and full board formulas.
Board menus are essentially composed as follows:
- Lunch: an appetizer (shrimp, crab, langoustines, oysters, melon, mouclade...), Main meat dish or fish with (sole, whiting, hake...) with vegetables, cheese platter or dessert.
- Dinner: an appetizer (shrimp, crab, langoustines, oysters, melon, mouclade...), Main meat dish or fish with (sole, whiting, hake...) with vegetables, cheese platter or dessert.
Everyday of every week, we change the Half and Full Board menus in order to offer to our customers all the dishes we prepare. A week spent in Half or Full Board in our establishment, and you will discover all our specialties.
These menus are compulsory; however, substitutions can be possible under certain conditions.
